We publish because we believe in people

At the end of the day, we’re just a handful of friends who really love telling stories.

We looked at the renaissance in TTRPGs of the last five years—at the incredible skills displayed every day in publications and on social media—and heard the challenges even the best creators are having in making a living from the industry.

So we thought we might be able to make a difference by supporting them under a radically different model—a craft model, not an industrial one. We don’t pay as little as possible to try to make a profit on every single publication. Rather, we recognize that a reputation for truly top-tier artistic creation produces its own rewards.

We’re a tiny company, so we have to be selective in the creators with whom we partner, but we know that the inspirational folks out there will flourish in a space that puts them first.
